What is the cost per square foot?

Each of our custom homes has its own unique features, finishes and needs that impact the cost of the home. When pricing your home build, we carefully factor in the potential cost associated with building roads, septic design, bringing all services into house, finishes, trades and materials. You can be confident that before we begin we will sit down with you to get a firm understanding on the scope of project, home finishes and budgets.

How long does it take to build a home?  

We aim to have your home finished between 8 to 12 months.  The size of house, details, and weather during construction can all affect the length of build time.

Can I use my own trades?  

We proudly provide and stand by our 10 year home warranty. With this in mind, we prefer to hand pick our trusted and qualified trades in order to sufficiently stand by this test of time warranty. We cannot provide any exclusions to our warranty protection, so in order to keep the process simple and provide you the best quality of workmanship, we do not allow outside trades on our home builds.

We build in Foothills, Rockyview and Wheatland Counties.
